All orders are shipped out from our Raleigh, North Carolina warehouse within 14 business days. (Unless stated otherwise in the product description) (PLEASE READ THE ITEM DESCRIPTION THOROUGHLY.)

You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and additional notifications once your order is shipped and delivered. 

We will reach out to you in the event your order is delayed.

Orders may take longer to process during sales and promotions.

Shipment times will vary based on the item purchased, shipping method and provider that you select for your order.

We ship all orders Monday through Friday. Only exceptions are holidays or vacations. These instances will be updated and delivered to you as our customer.
